General Manager

Casey Kendrick is guiding the station’s operations, programming, and long-standing commitment to locally focused broadcasting in the Stillwater area. With decades of experience in radio and television, Kendrick has built a career rooted in community storytelling and regional sports coverage.

His broadcasting journey began while attending college in eastern Oklahoma, where he worked in radio and developed a passion for live media and on-air production. After completing his business degree at Oklahoma State University, Kendrick continued working in radio in Stillwater, becoming a familiar voice to local listeners through years of morning and sports programming.

In 1998, Kendrick joined TV-31 as Sports Director, bringing his on-air experience and sports knowledge to local television. His leadership abilities and vision for community media led to his appointment as General Manager in 2000, a role in which he has overseen the station’s growth, programming expansion, and transition into modern digital and streaming platforms.

In 2022, Kendrick became the owner of TV-31, further solidifying his long-term commitment to local broadcasting and independent media in north-central Oklahoma.

Alongside his management responsibilities, Kendrick remains active on air, hosting and contributing to multiple TV-31 programs and live broadcasts.

Collett Campbell was born in New Mexico and moved to Oklahoma at the age of ten. After living in several towns across the state, she graduated from Piedmont High School and came to Stillwater to attend Oklahoma State University. She holds a double major in Biochemistry and Education—and it was at OSU where she met her husband, Maury. Together, they made Stillwater their home, along with Collett’s sister. The couple went on to raise triplet sons, all of whom still live in the area today.

Collett has been deeply connected to the Stillwater community for decades. She is active with the Downtown Stillwater Association, has previously owned businesses in the downtown district, and has long been an advocate for events and partnerships that help bring life and energy to the heart of town. Her sister’s involvement inspired her dedication to Special Olympics, and she spent many years volunteering in Stillwater Public Schools while her boys were growing up.

She loves Stillwater and truly enjoys working with the people who make it special.
